Seeing how the different colors reflect off the jar is really cool. The way the colors reflect off the jar to mix with the other colors is really interesting as well. Also, primary colors are my favorite colors, and this painting is reminiscent of a Mondrian painting.
As with the previous painting, this one has bright popping colors that really catch the eye. Getting all the glass reflections and gumballs perfect must have been a challenge.
I appreciate the realistic representation in these images and the vibrant colors!
ReplyDeleteI like how the background in Shillam's painting doesn't distract from the gumball machine, but you can kind of see little reflections of purples, pinks, and blues. The attention to detail is amazing!
ReplyDeleteThe coloring in the Haney painting is very unique. It's not very often that still live are so vibrantly colored, and the reflection of the urn contribute to making the image look much deeper than the actual backgroud.
